CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION OF ORDER BEFORE SHIPPING

You have the right to cancel or modify your order at no charge, if it has not yet been delivered to the transport company.
In this case, you should send us an e-mail with the number of your order and subject "CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION OF ORDER and we will serve you immediately, informing you of all available options.
Otherwise, you will have to pick up your order and then follow the return process due to withdrawal.
In case of refusal or indifference to the receipt of your order, you remain liable for the shipping costs.

 

 

ORDER RETURN

1. RETURN OF ORDER DUE TO WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase you made through our online store, within 14 days from the date of receipt of your products, without providing us with any explanation (unnecessary withdrawal) and to withdraw your money or proceed with the purchase of other products.
In this case, you must return the products to us unused (in their original intact packaging and exactly in the condition in which you received them), accompanied by proof of purchase and assuming the cost of returning them.
Golden Greek is obliged to refund your purchase money (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned products.
Refunds are made by crediting your bank account or your paypal account. In this case, you will have to bear the bank charges.
Please inform us at e-mail, indicating the number of your order and as subject: "RETURN OF ORDER DUE TO WITHDRAWAL" and we will serve you immediately.

SPECIAL TERMS / RETURN EXCEPTIONS:

Atomizers should not be used with either wire or liquid.
There is no return of e-liquids, pg, vg or flavorshots, as well as vaping wires.

2. RETURN OF ORDER DUE TO DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If you received a defective product, Golden Greek is obliged to replace it or refund you if you wish (especially if the same product code is not available during the current period).
The defective product must be returned within 7 days.
Golden Greek is obliged to bear the costs of the re-shipment (in case of its replacement).
If you choose the refund of the amount paid, then Golden Greek is obliged to refund your purchase money within 7 days from the date of receipt of the returned products.
In no case are you charged any costs at all (product transfer costs or money transfer costs to any bank if you have a bank account).
In case you have received a defective product, please send us the number of your order to the e-mail with the subject "DEFECTIVE PRODUCT" and we will serve you immediately.
Shipping costs to Golden Greek are borne by the customer, while shipping costs of the repaired or replaced product, Golden Greek. Prior to returning the product to us, e-mail contact must have preceded.
