Shipping times and expenses depend on the state and the region. For Europe, the shipping time is 3-4 days for fedex, 4-8 days for DHL and 5-7 for post office. For other countries it depends on customs.You can check the shipping cost before ordering so that you are informed before you decide.
In times of force majeure, such as strikes, extreme weather events, etc. the above delivery times may be affected.
PAYMENT METHODS
Golden Greek has the following payment methods:
1. By credit or debit card
After clicking on "Checkout", you will see the Credit or Debit Card in the payment methods. Click the link and in the new window enter the total payment amount, as well as your Name in the field "Your comments on this payment". Then click on the green box "Payment" and follow the procedure.
Finally, return to the e-shop page window to complete your order.
Card payment (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners & Discover)
The OXYGEN PAYMENTS process is done in collaboration with EVERY PAY which is a licensed Payment Institution by the Bank of Greece (decision no. 280/3 / 23-7-2018 Government Gazette B 3010 / 25-7-2018).
Your card details are not stored by the application, and during the process no personal information is stored on the Golden Greek site.
2. Bank payment
If you wish to deposit in a bank account as a payment method, please copy the bank details, complete your purchase and deposit in the bank account.
In the bank deposit, you must enter your Name as the reason. For the faster execution of your order you can inform us by e-mail.
You will need to be charged with the bank charges, checking on your bank page "all charges are born by the sender (OUR)"
It usually takes 2-3 working days for the payment to appear.
Your order will be processed and its shipment will be launched after the confirmation of your deposit.
In case the deposit is not completed within 3 working days from the date of registration of your order, we will need to cancel your order and an informative email will be sent to you.
